Bulgaria - Fast-Track Citizenship Program

The Bulgaria Fast-Track Citizenship Program allows a family to obtain both permanent residency (PR) and citizenship in a country of the European Union in as few as 18 months!  All nationalities are welcome to apply, and Confederation offers an attractive, non-recourse financing option.  We are now processing many cases very quickly and efficiently.

There is no language requirement, no age limit, and no management experience requirement.  Information is available in Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Farsi.

USA - EB5 Program

The current EB5 program has been extended to Dec.7/18.  To lock-in cases under the existing pricing and program, it is highly recommended that you submit any pending EB5 cases to Confederation right away, work with our team to complete the documentation requirements quickly, and encourage your clients to transfer their funds as soon as possible.

Confederation is pleased to announce its new project: ONE St. Petersburg, Florida.  This project has already received I-924 Exemplar approval (pre-approval of the business plan, agreements, and job creation model), so that green card condition removal will be automatic.  Construction began in 2016 and is nearing completion, and the job creation requirement for all 99 investors has already been met.  The project owner and developer, the Kolter Group, is a highly accomplished real estate developer based in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Kolter has developed over USD $10B in projects in the last 20 years.

Under EB5, there is no language requirement, no age limit, and no management experience requirement.  Applicants must have a net worth of minimum $1 million USD, and be able to document the source and path of funds for the investment and fees.  Refused Quebec and Canadian investor cases are welcome to apply to EB5.

PEI International Student Program

Confederation has been approved to promote the PEI International Student Program.  This program will allow secondary school students to obtain a Study Permit to attend school in PEI.  All applicants must have a minimum level of English proficiency (written and spoken).

Grenada - Citizenship by Investment Program

Grenada will expand the definition of a dependent in the coming weeks:
-unmarried and childless siblings of the principal applicant and spouse will qualify as dependents (we are awaiting clarification from the Government on any age restrictions);
-dependent parents will not have to prove financial dependency on the principal applicant; and
-unmarried children over age 18 will not have to be students to qualify as dependents.

Also, secondary purchasers of real estate units will be eligible to obtain citizenship.

Grenada is the only Caribbean country that allows citizenship to be passed along to investors’ future spouses and children.  There is no residency, language, education, or interview requirement, and both cash and real estate investment options are available.  All nationalities may apply.

Dominica - Economic Citizenship Program

Citizens of Dominica may travel visa-free to all the countries of the European Union, Hong Kong, and the U.K.  Dominica is a fast, efficient program, and offers both cash and real estate investment options.

Dominica is no longer able to accept funds transferred from or originating in Iran, Syria, Sudan, and North Korea.  An applicant of Iranian nationality could apply if he/she provided a detailed source of funds showing that the funds were earned in another country (and funds must be transferred from that other country).  So, an Iranian living and doing business in Dubai could apply if the funds were transferred from Dubai and shown to originate wholly in Dubai.

St. Kitts - Citizenship by Investment Program

St. Kitts citizens may travel visa-free to all countries of the European Union, Hong Kong, and the U.K.  The St. Kitts program offers both real estate and cash investment options, and there is no residency, language, or interview requirement.

Citizens of Afghanistan, Iran, and North Korea are not eligible to apply.

Antigua - Citizenship by Investment Program

The current real estate and investment options have been extended until October 31, 2019.

An Antigua passport allows visa-free travel to many countries worldwide, including the U.K., the European Union, and Hong Kong.  Antigua is in discussions with Russia, UAE, and China, to allow visa-free access to those countries.  Antigua has implemented a simplified passport-renewal process (once passports expire in 5 years).

Iranians are eligible to apply as long as they have permanent residence status in Canada, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Saudi Arabia, or the United Arab Emirates, have resided outside Iran for at least 10 years, and maintain no economic ties to Iran.

Saint Lucia - Citizenship by Investment Program

Citizens of Saint Lucia may travel visa-free to the European Union, Hong Kong, and the U.K.  Government processing times are approximately 4 months, and the program offers both cash and real estate investment options.

Iranians citizens are no longer able to apply (regardless of their current country of residence), due to problems conducting due diligence checks, and banking restrictions.

Canada - Mature Student Program

The Mature Student Program is a route for mature/adult students to obtain permanent residency within 18-24 months.  Under this program, the principal applicant would come to Canada on a Student Visa, the spouse would obtain an Open Work Permit, and the family would move to Canada (children may attend public school in Canada for free from kindergarten to grade 12).  Once the principal applicant completes minimum 1-year of Canadian education, plus minimum 1-year of Canadian work experience, he/she can apply for Permanent Residence as a Skilled Worker, or under the Canadian Experience Class or a PNP.

This program is being offered by an affiliate of Confederation, and we would be happy to provide any information you may require.
